This information becomes a part of our private mailing list which will request that users give contact information including name, mailing address and/or e-mail address. Spex may use this information to communicate promotions, discounts, news and event information.

Spex provides customers the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving e-mail communications from us. This is made available during sign-up for our e-mail and mailing lists online or on site and in e-mail messages delivered from Spex, as well as on separate paperwork that may be presented during a location visit. Spex reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time.

Notifications of changes to our privacy practices will occur through one or more of the following communications:

1. Users voluntarily viewing the privacy statement for periodic changes.
2. Posting of a message on the location's website.
3. A notice provided (verbal or written) during a location visit.
